jozzify offers shipping to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Copy your: tracking number
  2. Open the tracking page
  3. Paste the tracking number into the designated field on the page and press “track.”
  4. You can now track your order status.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCH?

Our standard processing time for orders is usually 1-3 business days. However, do bear in mind that processing durations might fluctuate during holiday seasons or special edition launches. Your understanding and patience during such instances are highly valued.

  3. 1st Class Tracked Shipping + Insurance, Cost 6.99£

UK Orders ?

Our Standard Tracked Shipping option typically takes 3-7 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

If you opt for our Express 1st Class Tracked Shipping, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after being dispatched.

During high-demand periods like holidays or sales events, please anticipate an extra 5 business days beyond our regular delivery estimates. We value your patience during these bustling times and strive to expedite your order to reach you as swiftly as feasible.

International Orders

we ship directly from our international fabricator. Please be aware that delivery times may take between 3 to 17 business days.

Please note that we do not hold responsibility for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, transitions between carriers like EMS or DHL, local courier services in your country, or any disruptions in air or ground transportation. Additionally, any additional fees, customs charges, or backend expenses are not within our purview.

Can I modify my order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. Once the order is in transit to the shipping address provided by the customer, Jozzify cannot make any changes.

I made an error in my order. How can I correct it?

Since we strive to ship orders rapidly, we have a limited time in which we can cancel orders. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and all pertinent information. We can only provide assistance if the item has not yet been processed for shipping.
