Our 30-day return policy is strategically designed to accommodate any changes or unpredicted issues related to your order. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the privilege to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. This grants you the option for a refund, exchange, or store credit, ensuring your highest level of satisfaction.

In order to qualify for a return, the product must satisfy at least one of the following conditions:

(a) The product arrived damaged or in a contaminated package.

(b) The product is defective or of poor quality.

(c) Wrong product delivered.

(d) You’ve changed your mind and wish to return the item.

Our 30-day return policy is exclusively applicable to products purchased directly from our website. For Jozzify items purchased from other sellers, we suggest consulting their individual return policies, as they might vary from ours.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Should you wish to return a product return, kindly follow these steps:

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Utilize the contact form on our website, including your Full Name, Email, Order number, and a brief reason for your return request.

Step 2: Be assured that our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within three business days. If your return request complies with our Return Policy and Terms of Service, we’ll furnish you with a link to access the returns form. Upon receipt of all necessary information, we’ll promptly generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return address.

Step 3: Please securely repackage the product and affix the provided RMA form in a visible place on the package. Dispatch it to the specified Returns address as we only accept returns with the attached RMA number, directed to the designated address.

For non-defective items, kindly return the product in its original, undamaged packaging and manufacturer’s condition. In the case of a defective item, please reach out to our customer support before initiating the return process.

Step 4: Please provide us with the tracking number for the return parcel and your unique return link. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable. We advise utilizing a traceable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us to facilitate a seamless process.

Step 5: After receiving and thorough inspection of the returned items, we will initiate the refund process within 14 days. Please note that any expenses incurred for the return shipping will not be compensated.

After the refund process is initiated, please allow a period of 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statements. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source employed for the initial order transaction.
